Since 2016, we have provided professionally managed, quality apartments and housing. The operation continues to grow with locations in both Emporia and Leroy, Kansas.
Currently with 34 units total, we offer 4 studios, 11 one-bedroom apartments, 17 two-bedroom apartments, and 2 two-bedroom houses.
Being locally owned, we focus on building community and are known for caring about our residents.
